Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Veritrace (“we”, “us”) collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain because that matches how we build the product.

What we collect

Account data: your email and authentication details when you create an account.
Usage data: the ICP descriptions you submit, jobs you run, and product analytics (via Google Analytics and LogRocket) to improve the service.
Billing data: handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.

The leads we deliver

The B2B leads Veritrace returns are sourced from publicly available web pages, with a live source URL recorded for each. We do not sell or publish your generated lists; they belong to your account.

How we use it

To operate and improve the service, process payments, provide support, and send transactional email (e.g. when your leads are ready). We do not sell your personal data.

Subprocessors

We rely on Supabase (database/auth), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Azure OpenAI (AI processing), Google Analytics and LogRocket (analytics). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.

Your choices

You can request access to or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing ryan@sarvixo.co. You can manage or cancel billing from the billing page.
